I like Clay Travis. He understands conference realignment better than anyone in popular media. He's actually a pretty smart dude.

Most of what he put out in his realignment articles were retreads of articles that were out months earlier on MR SEC and Frank the Tank.

He may be but he is lazy in doing his own research. Seems like he relies on what other folks say than generating his own research.
I liked Clay when he was at least entertaining. Now he just writes stuff to generates hits on the site.

He is a very smart dude and was the best source on conference re alignment in all of sports for a while.
Also, of the thousands of people that have covered or written about the sterling fiasco the past few weeks, Travis has written the best article out of all of them or close to it.
