I was never allowed to wear a t-shirt or jersey to games, even as a little kid. My dad always told me that as a fan you are a representative of the school you cheer for, so it's the least you can do to at least look presentable. I guess presentable means different things to different people, but I wouldn't wear a jersey.

People can say it's feminine or whatever to judge other men based on what they wear, but in reality that's happening all the time. If I walked into an interview in a t-shirt and gym shorts, the interviewers would judge the shite out of me whether they were male or female. I know a football game isn't the same, but there's appropriate attire for every situation.

Understand the point you are trying to make, but the comparison isn't apples to apples. Interviewing for a job is a judgment on you by the potential employer.
A man judging what another man is wearing in a public setting is feminine as hell!
That shite is what women, children, and insecure lil boys do to each other.

To each his own though I suppose

Wear what you feel comfortable wearing. It's not a damn job interview. It's a fricking football game.
