Lochte > Phelps. Medal count aside lochte is a better swimmer than Phelps. Who has the world record in both IMs? Lochte. I think he's a d-bag, poor rep for my sport, but sadly best to touch the water thus far

1. Phelps> Lochte
2. Phelps holds the 400 m IM record.
3. Lochte is better on a short course, Phelps has more records overall
4. Swimming only matters during the olympic but
