I've never seen a full Star Wars movie. I've only seen bits and pieces of some of the old ones.

This cast is...... Interesting. It'll be intresting if they stay to canon. Disney CANNOT ignore 30 years and MILLIONS of dollars of Star Wars canon in order to start anew.

I for one enjoyed the prequels. They are some of my favorite movies. I don't see why people hate them, but then again, I'm not old, so there is that.

Even bacon goes bad. The first couple of star wars movies were the bomb. Once we started getting into Jar Jar binks and Princess Amadildo, and fuzzy bear critters, I kinda lost it. And Anakan Skywalker turned out to be a whiney beta bitch.

If you are referring to the extended universe, I believe they said they will not be using that.

I wish I had only seen Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back. The rest are junk.
