Alleva

quote:
"Very disappointed leaders of the SEC disregard competitive advantage that permanent partners award to certain schools. It is definitely an advantage that should not exist in such a great league. We share all the revenue and expenses yet we cannot have a balanced, fair, equitable schedule. LSU has played Florida and Georgia 19 times since 2000 and Bama has played them 8 times. Is that fair ?"

Alleva wants it his way when it might benefit him, but when Mark Richt ask that all teams raise their penalties for failed drug test do you think he said yes about that. Hell no because if the did the honey badger would not have been their for but about three games.

When you are getting the benefit of an advantage and don't do anything about it then you have no right to complain when someone is getting the benefit and it hurts you.

That's completely different. Drug tests have no effect on the play on the field. Good for Richt if he thinks there should be harsh punishments for smoking weed but that doesn't mean the rest of the conference has to follow.

And at Vol fans thinking they played a huge part in keeping the status quo. Bama's influence >>> UT's influence.
