re: Anyone on here built a really energy efficient home that the poor can afford?

If you have ever built a steel barn, with the pre-painted sheets of steel, they put thin Styrofoam,cloth-like pieces,between each sheet,it's a packaging material,and is meant to prevent scratching of the paint during shipping.
This stuff is incredible,If you are working even on a 70 degree day, if you get this stuff against you, you can feel the way it reflects your body heat. It feels like it is cooking you instantly.
That stuff amazes me, and I have often wondered if something similar is available for insulation.
