Faced his old team tonight and he was absolutely lights out... Pitched into the 8th inning and didn't give up an earned run while striking out 5... Had to feel good doing it in front of an LSU coaching staff that told him to transfer at the end of the 2012 season because he couldn't cut it in Baton Rouge... One things for sure, Maineri and staff wish the big southpaw was toeing the rubber for the Tigers on Sundays instead of sporting the red and blue in Oxford as our #2 weekend guy.

He was lights out tonight. You can't walk away from this series and say you didn't see good pitching with Nola last night and Trent tonight.

I hope the Sunday Sizzle is sizzling on Saturday.

Good for him. That pitching coach who told him that is a classic shitty Paul Maineri hire. the guy had never-EVER-been a pitching coach through his entire coaching career. Keep in mind we have the largest budget in college baseball

Dude went to my HS.

I'm glad to see him doing well. I was concerned that he'd fade into oblivion after leaving LSU.
