I don't have a problem with blacks. You do your thing, I'll do mine. But why do we have to have it shoved down our throat every day? By their own statistics blacks make up 13% of the population yet they are disproportionately represented in Hollywood.

I think this can backfire to their cause because of "black fatigue".

I had a guy who was doing some work for me. I knew he was black but we never discussed it. First deadline came up and he told me he was going to miss it because he had been in court fighting a ticket he got merely for driving while black. I don't care what the problem is. You missed a deadline. If you're going to miss it, just tell me. I don't need to know the black reason for it.

Lastly can you even say all this without being called a racist? I doubt it.

Read that a couple times, realize how absolutely absurd it sounds and then get the frick over it.
