Yup, just like a lot of other kids. It happens everywhere. It's a recruiting tool that nearly all coaches use, and it works. Get them committed, get them signed, get them on campus, let them try to position they wanted to play, and then switch them to the position the coaches want or need him to play. Not a big deal, IMO.

As for the thread, yes, Corey Grant was lied to. Yes, Auburn fans called that. Yes, he should have gone to Auburn out of high-school. Do I care? No, just glad to have him where he really wanted to be.
