re: 10/04/14: The Day Auburn Beats LSU

How come when I was a sophomore at LSU back in '69 and we had a day home game against Auburn, your cheerleaders and fans were screaming the Plainsmen? I read a book many years ago about the history of the SEC, and Auburn's mascot was originally the War Eagle. Also, Auburns original colors weren't the same as Florida's. Does Auburn copy much? I hate putting down this school since I live in this state, because the Auburn fans are much, much, better than the ahole Bama fans, and it's not even close. The Auburn people that I know are realistic and not arrogant like the Bama fans. Bama's coach fits perfectly with their fanbase.
