It's definitely concerning but until something really bad happens I don't think a ban is warranted. Some internal leadership from some seniors about being more responsible on the weekends would go a long way I think

Both of these guys were arrested by the SAME COP.

What we really need to do is sit them all down and tell the guys:

"The police on Northgate are coming for you. They're targeting you. It's not a playground with no consequences - it's a hunting ground and you are the prey. If you want to go there, that's your business, but be very aware that the police there are watching, they have nothing better to do, they're jealous of you, and they're just waiting for you to slip up."
