No (re: a Northgate ban).
Knee-jerk reactions like that remind me of those from "gun control" folks (i.e., a shooting means we ought to ban guns).
But the players need to check themselves.

I wouldn't really call it a knee jerk with the constant discipline issues by important players three years running.
He needs to nip this shite in the bud now before it festers and gets out of control with something major.
Whatever he is doing hasn't sunk in with the players and needs to be changed.
