No, idk why you think I'd want to RS Marshall. Just saying Georgia can manage without if Marshall isn't ready to go for a good portion of the season. Really, and not to just regurjitate what the coaches say, it's up to Marshall and if he's ready and willing to get back into the grind.

Unless he has some kind of breakout year, yes he will. #2 RB's haven't faired well in drafts.
