You're using that as the basis of your argument? Low cost student housing?

Simply a counterpoint to an AU claim that their fans are rich and Bama's are poor. If AU fans were so much more wealthy, they could at least put their children attending AU in an apartment or rental home instead of massive trailer parks surrounding campus. I'm not bashing anyone who has to live in a trailer to get an education.

They're also attending school, which isn't cheap at all. You don't have money by making it rain on new apartment complexes when a trailer could suffice. But in large part, UA does have far more fans from a lower socio-economic backround. It's just the nature of averages. Neither situations are controllable, unless Auburn passes some snooty ordianance and UA publicly shuns the undesirables.

You dumb son.

My first cousin lived in a trailer at AU. Why? Because his parents were poor? Not so much.

He bought a trailer outright, saved about 30k in rent during his time at AU then sold it when he left for 20k more. Walked away with an extra 50,000 by the time he graduated in savings and 80,000 in cash after he sold it. Pretty nice way to graduate and start to work.
