Well that's why I put them in groupings. The groups are really tight and could easily be rearranged.
For the most part, I looked at Conf %, Overall %, RPI, current win streak, and just my observations. That middle grouping was tough to decide.

No need to apologize. Doing this type of ranking is much hard than it looks. Appreciate the submission
