I'm still learning this shootyhoops game

So I know we got like one of the nation's leading scorers transferring to us or some shite

Do we have any chance of competing next year/making the tourny?

*We added the nations 2nd leading scorer (Antoine Mason) who is 6'4ish and the son of Formar NBA player Derrik Mason. He will make an immediate impact with his ability to score.

*KC Ross-Miller 6'1 PG Highly tauted player in high school has bounced around at different schools since...Only has 1 year to play so Pearl will probably use him early and often. He can handle the ball and looks to get others involved first.

*We added Kareem Canty a 6'1 PG who started last year for Marshall in a league arguablly just as hard if not harder than the SEC. He averaged 15ppg and 5assists. He's no pure shooter but he can give defensive fits with his ability to score and distribute. (Must sit this year)

*Added Cinmeon Bowers 4* #1 JUCO Player. 6'7 265 bruiser. He's good for a double double on any given night.

The true freshman will be:

TJ Lang - 6'6 Shooting Guard in-state kid that can stroke it. Probably won't be much of a defender or slasher but could come off the bench go 4-6 from 3pt land.

Jackie Purchase - 6'10 200lb PF From Austrailia. Don't let the PF fool you. He's not going to do much damage in the paint. He has a great shot a really quick release he's athletic enough to run the floor and trail on breaks and can also move the ball around really well. His best attribute may be his passing ability. Plays with a ton of confidense. He needs to sit for a while maybe redshirt. The American game is very different than what he is used to. Much more physical game over here.

Sam Longwood -6'7 210 G/F Great Athlete, Great Frame. He could be used as a 3 guard and present some matchup problems for smaller guards. Longwood is really strong in the paint and has really good moves when he gets the ball down low. Also really good at attacking. He'll be looking to drive a lot and get to the rim. I would use him as a 4. Keep him in the paint where he is best. this would be the best move to capitalize on his strenghts (rebounding / post moves)

We also return KT Harrell and Tahj Dean. Our weakness will be depth and size (down low). Our strengths will be scoring from the guard position. Interested to see what Pearl does with tthe lineup as far as offensive sets go. As far as the schedule goes we play in one of the worst conferences with one of the best coaches in the Nation. We'll be a NIT team and hopefully maybe an NCAA bubble team.
