People that aren't doing a good job or are struggling know it. I think a couple of things that were mentioned earlier, most specifically volunteering to take some of the load off would go a long way. It seems like she's putting forth the effort, just needs to develop a good system.

Agreed, she's tries, and has some good people.. she just needs to utilized and trust us a bit more... but that's also hard to do when she is in the situation she's in. I think she trusts me more than she realizes... At times she has given me full access to her main computer and files so that I could assist her in computer issues... LOL, She may not know how much trust she put into me by doing that, but it was much more than adding up employee hours and making a schedule.
