That's a typo. The project was proposed at 65 suites, then we heard 60 for awhile, now the 2014 seating chart shows 70. That would bring Tiger Stadium up to 140 suites.
Edit: beat me to it. I'm most interested in how much SRO there will be. Last number I heard was 400.

With 70 box suites being added and additional chairback rows above the suites, the SRO will be in between and/or above the bleachers and next to the 2 video screens.
Friend of mine who used to work for TAF but has stayed in close contact confirms this and also said there could be expandable SRO for big games, and says the absolute top capacity will definitely be 101,000+.
