Doesn't matter when he wrote the book, the clock rule changes in 2008 changed everything. They're taking advantage of a rule. Defensive teams need to take advantage of the "flop". Whatever players were going to be substituted, one of them needs to flop and sit out for a play, which they were going to do anyway. People will argue for a rule change, and it will be changed back to pre-2008 rules.

If that's the best your defensive coaches can come up with, by all means flop away.

One other possibility..... maybe they could attend one of Auburn's coaching clinics.

I sincerely hope Alabama does this next year....I truly do. The NCAA and the SEC will be knocking on Saban's door; it will be epic.
