My other team is UCF so I'll throw them in here.
Probably Daunte Culpepper. Ran a 4.52 at 255lbs and jumped 39".

I want to say Thomas Davis because how many guys can play through 3 blown knees and still be as good as him, but he wasn't an amazing athlete, just the most resilient.
AJ was an amazing athlete too, but it is Champ Bailey. 4.28 40 yard, 3.79 3-cone, etc.
Plus he backs it up on the field by being one of the GOAT corners.
