I was really shocked that Mack was so excited about an AU offer. Calling it a "Game changer" may have been phony but I don't think so. That said, a bird in hand is still better than two in the bush.

Were he comments similar to this?

"
quote:

I'm looking forward to having a great time when I come to visit," Mack said. "I just want to sit and watch film with Coach Haley and talk with the rest of the coaches on the staff. (LSU) is a D-Line factory. They rotate eight guys on their line so I know I'd have a chance to play right away."

Or how about this?

I can keep going....
quote:

quote: @max_olson: Story on Daylon Mack getting LSU offer should be up shortly. Let's just say he had some very strong things to say about Tigers.

quote:

quote: @HunterPaniagua: An offer from LSU is a "game changer" for 2015 DT Daylon Mack. Tigers are now at the top with Texas A&M ($)

quote:

quote: @max_olson: Gladewater DT @DaylonMack says Texas A&M should "definitely be worried" about LSU now after today's offer LINK

Oh lookie here....
quote:

quote: @ImErinHartigan: @DaylonMack had told me if #LSU offered, it'd be a "game changer." Tigers offered mins ago. Meanwhile, the DT is enjoying himself at #TCU..
