Should the Fraternity be suspended from campus?

My opinion is "yes". Whatever fraternity was home to the 3 men from Georgia should be suspended for some time.
Stuff like this sets Ole Miss back so much and the frats need to instill this into the men coming in.

But if the fraternity themselves turned them in, then certainly let them stay on campus with no penalties whatsoever.

Unless actives directed them to perpetuate the act, frick no. Unless it's Pike. Then kick them off forever.

I could go with that. Kicking them out means nothing, but if they are the ones that turned them in, it goes a long way.

The university needs to bring the goddamn hammer down, that's all I know. I'm talking SCORCHED EARTH MOTHERfrickER. The jerkoffs that think this shite is "cool" need to know that there will be severe penalties.

if the fraternity has a history fricking up, then yes
If this is an isolated incident for the fraternity, then no. Why punish everyone for a couple being stupid? But I would hope that those individuals are harshly punished

I don't think so. Unless they were directed to do this by someone. They weren't at the frat house, they weren't at a fraternity event.

If someone from a fraternity commits a crime on campus for his own reasons and all by himself, should the fraternity be held responsible?
The answer is no.
If the fraternity knew about it before, helped plan or direct the act, or covered up the culprits in any way, then YES.
Fraternities aren't suspended if one of their members gets a DUI on campus and wasn't drinking at the fraternity house. These kids are freshmen so they didn't live at the house.

All very solid points. I dont think the fraternity should be held responsible unless it was part of it, like you said.

You must have it out for the fraternitites. The 3 guys belong to Ole Miss and pay tuition so maybe Ole Miss should lose accredidation.
