I don't remember hearing near the outrage on the real "Nick Saban rule" about recruiting that was made because of lazy coaches.

No. Just making the comparison that it's funny how little backlash the lazy recruiting coaches received when their rule had absolutely nothing to do with player safety or well being, whereas Saban believes that his beliefs might have something to with safety. Of course, I haven't heard him say anything definitive other than asking a question.
Still don't understand why people are up in arms about a man expressing his opinion. He thinks that the HUNH puts his players at risk. That is his opinion. He has the right to express it.
