This will heat up the bammers' bottoms no doubt.

I think most "Bammers" look at OBC for he is - a HoF coach who is a bit bitter the timing wasn't right for him to take the Alabama job when it became available. Now he's saddled with being a Cock so he's just trying to make do.

He's like your crazy drunk uncle - harmless.

HBC honestly didn't want the Bama job. His thing w/ SC was the challenge of doing something at a place that hadn't been done before. He wants to be the program's Godfather like the Bear. When Bama came calling, he's the one that told Bama to hold out for Saban because he wanted out of the NFL. At that time, his stock as a college coach in the SEC was much higher than Saban's, so if he expressed interest, it's very likely Bama would have made him an offer and not waited for Saban.

Jesus man, this is the dumbest shitI I have seen today. The world does not revolve around Bama. You think Spurrier wanted the Bama job and now that he did not get it he is bitter about it? I doubt the HBC is bitter, he lives about as good and fun of a life as anyone, especially anyone in his preofession.
