First, did you even read the rules I conveniently copied and pasted? They state the movement must be sharp or quick enough or otherwise simulate the snap of the ball. That means a movement is allowed. I also didn't say that I could not see that false start being called. I stated that I didn't see it as a false start, just as a player shifting to a more natural stance while asking for other opinions about whether Fromang should have been flagged for false star.

On this case, you're just seeing what you want to. Bernstein moves to block Johnson, but he sees his back and does not initiate contact. Instead, he just stands there. Johnson then runs into Bernstein. That is not a block in the back because Bernstein did not initiate the contact, he merely stood still.
ETA: If anyone has seen the plays (or wants the check the video), what do you think? I'm kinda curious if I am being biased or not. The false start is questionable, but I don't think it's worthy of the penalty there. The block in the back...not even close. No penalty for sure there.
