I would add though that there's no question Mizzou, and the whole SEC, need to schedule in the non-con better.

Yes. Florida and Kentucky are probably the main exceptions, which is why they get the love with the added losses. Even UK could tighten up their schedule by dropping any team over say 200.

Illinois

I am okay with the Illinois game, just that they are bad this year yet they still beat Mizzou. Without the Kansas rivalry, Illinois is a solid game to keep in most years, this just was a bad year. I am okay with this game remaining, just that the Tigers needed to win it this year.

Look at the Big 2 in the SEC
Florida @ Wisconsin, vs MTSU, vs FSU, @ Uconn, vs Kansas, and vs Memphis
Kentucky vs Michigan State, @ Baylor, @ UNC, and vs Louisville

I am fine with Mizzou playing UCLA and Illinois. Just would like to see them add say 2 more teams like them, and play at least 1 top team far away from home.

I can't say I wasn't disappointed in this years OOC schedule. I was. The one immediate thing that I saw that changed the makeup of the schedule was simply the tournament we played in. Last year we played in the Battle for Atlantis and played Alcorn State, Nicholl's State, Stanford, Louisville and VCU. This year we played in the Las Vegas and played Gardner Webb, IUPUI, Northwestern and Nevada. Just trading Stanford, Louisville and VCU for Northwestern and Nevada changed the make up of the entire OOC schedule IMO and is that 2 game difference you talk about.

Next year, I think we're playing in Maui so there should be some better teams in it. I think Arizona and KState are in that tournament off the top of my head.
