Realistically, Texas can't finish less than 8-4 if they play like this with their schedule. They have a ton of layups with Kansas, ISU, KSU, etc. if their offense plays this well.

An 8-4 Texas buttfricks an 8-4 A&M in recruiting. Maliciously. We MUST win big now if they have figured it out.

Can't disagree with that but 8-4 is still a very tall order for them. I'm not ready to crown them based on giving up 500yards to a bunch of overrated ND players that had never started a football game before. I'll be patient and see how they do against a proven defense as well.

Umm... they lost to an abysmal Iowa State team last year, 24-0.

That said, that fish QB looked really, really good other than the one INT. And Malik frick-You-Malik Jefferson is a year older and better. I think Baylor, TCU, OU definitely take 'em down. Maybe WVU, TT, OSU (who all won last year) beat them. And most likely Cal (Thanks, Spav!). So the pessimistic Aggie is looking at 3 losses. The optimistic Aggie is looking at 7... again.

They're definitely improved but I don't think it's time to tear your hair out yet.
