Logic says otherwise. We have a lot of Georgia students and I seriously doubt there are random Oxford natives that have an old Georgia state flag.

Ya it looks that way unfortunately, but that doesn't make it true.
I feel safe in saying that if it was done by current students then they will never hold a degree from my alma mater.
