Not according to ESPN:

Hill had been suspended from the team, but coach Les Miles allowed Hill to rejoin the Tigers after Hill met with teammates and they voted to allow him back.

And, of course....if you do not believe ESPN, you can always listen to Les Miles own words...pay close attention to what he says in the following clip at 1:15 seconds
