I didn't say anything about when the rule should be implemented, but, yes, I do think it should be implemented for the whole game.

Of course you are going to say this right now. Your tune would change if your team was down 7 with 1 minute left and no timeouts. At that point the mandatory 10 seconds between snaps would be the dumbest thing you've ever seen and would, most likely, cost your team a win.

This is a chicken shite move by Saban and Bert and there's really nothing else to it.
