I mean, I'm hardly saying TAMU is unblemished, but come on, just because a city labels themselves as "progressive" doesn't mean they don't have issues.
According to the stereotypes, I should have had a much more racially tinged time at A&M, but I was on campus for 4.5 years and didn't have one single issue in that regard.
Was on the t.u. campus under an hour and had that incident.
I'm sure others have stories going the other way, but come back when someone has a bleach bomb story about A&M in this century or sees a rebel flag flying in an official capacity on campus

having lived here a few years now i am starting to believe statements like this. it's like the "no one understands aggies unless they are one". texas is different.
it's wierd different.
