Rodney Anderson, one of the nation's top-rated all-purpose running backs, de-committed from Texas A&M this week, according to reports from ESPN and 247Sports, and reportedly plans to visit Alabama and Oklahoma this summer.
"I'm just looking for an offense that fits my running style, Anderson told ESPN.
Anderson (6-0, 200), who is rated as the top all-purpose back in the country by Rivals.com and No. 3 by 247Sports, rushed for 1,967 yards and 34 touchdowns last fall at Katy (Texas), adding five touchdown receptions and another score on a punt return.

Burrell is drawing so much attention from recruiters he can’t say who contacts him most through social media.
“Right now it’s between a lot of people,” Burrell said. “Everyday type guys, I don’t know. I talk to Alabama every day almost. LSU, UVA, local schools, I talk to everyone every day right now.”
Burrell went on to break down some individual schools.
Ohio State: “Great visit, very, very productive visit. Coach (Urban) Meyer is a great man. Great facilities, great coaching staff, overall I just feel I had a very productive visit and my mom was there. So academics came in. They are definitely high up in my mom’s eyes, and that’s high in my eyes as well. And they were an early offer.”
Alabama: “I like them a lot. With DaShawn (Hand) going there, DaShawn is a great friend of mine. Coach (Lance) Thompson has your best interest in hand at all times. I haven’t really talked to coach (Nick) Saban as much, but I’m pretty sure from his reputation it’s very productive as well.”
