Understood. You do what you have to do. Just know that property is much more expensive in Oconee. You get much less home/land for what you pay, but the trade-off is the school system, low crime, etc. BTW, Jackson County is also very good and property is cheaper. Just a thought if you need an alternative. Good luck to you!
