Paris from The Iliad. I read it when I was in 8th grade and could not stand that guy.

I am a hater, as it were. I think I also hated Andrea from The Walking Plot Device, err, Dead. But most of the characters on there are unbelievably stupid and annoying.

From a book, I hated Ignatius Reilly from Confederacy of Dunces, but I also hated that book so go figure.

Sal Paradise in Kerouac's "On the Road", and since he is really Kerouac, I wanted to punch him too. For whatever reason, I didn't read this book until my 40's. Perhaps if I had read it at 19 I would have thought it was cool, but all I could think was "Get a fricking job you lazy a-hole!"

Pretty much every cop on Dexter with the exception of Dexter (I just started season 6 last night).
