Yeah not sure on the official rule but I know Saban was asked in Mobile and he said he couldn't speak on it because it was like speaking on a recruit so I think they added rules like he basically would be a JuCo, counting toward 25 and 85 limit etc

He wouldnt be part of the 25 because he wont be signing a LOI on signing day.
