I love Julio Jones and I really like Marcus Trufant and Robert Alford but these 2 drafts alone put us in the mess we are in. Ignoring the OL and missing with guys like Sam Baker has killed the offensive and defensive line. It can be fixed but I remain optimistic. Marcus Trufant is really good but we had so many needs last draft that looking back it just feels yucky and we traded up as well. :/ . You keep bring up Baker but in 2012 he actually had a very good year.He's just been very injury prone throughout his career.The bigger mistakes by TD have
been Konz (2nd round) Holmes (3rd round) BOTH these
guys simply don't have the talent to play in the league and I don't see either eventually having an upside.
Konz is especially lacking in upper body strength,footwork and quickness...have no idea how the guy was all big 10 at Wisconson...a school that has a pretty good track record with o-lineman in the NFL.
