I'm confused. When he decommitted he was a 3 star and now that he is back he's a 4 star. So did he lose a star when he decommitted or gain a star when he re committed?

He's still a 3* composite, OP is just using 1 sites ranking. He picked up a star on scout after the MS/AL game.
