So if he continues to do it and get caught...what is your position on this?

Well, if he gets caught again, he's done by school policy. It really doesn't matter what my position is.

He needs to be demoted to the scout team and left there. If he comes back for the following year he can compete for a starting position. He gets to keep his scholarship but the message is that he will not play at all next year. He thinks he is exempt from all the rules and will get to play even if he misses a few games. This has to change.
