Yeah, I don't think Spivey gets the option to stay at QB either way if he wants to play big boy football...
I agree with you in that I think J'Mar is probably our guy for the class at the QB position...

Was Spivey hurt? He had a nice sophomore campaign, but his Junior numbers are really low.

Assuming Spivey just wants to play QB, I would rather have J'Mar Smith out of Meridian.
We offered Spivey as an ATH
J'Mar is likely the top QB on our board.

Yeah, I think Wommack is pretty good. Projects as a true OT prospect -- which has been pretty hard to come by in MS of late...

With the Lawrences coming from Magnolia Heights, there's no way we miss on this kid right?
He seems to be pretty good friends with Addison and Cam and just tweeted a picture of the three of them hanging out a couple days ago.

Anyone know if we will offer Kevin Marion (Spanish Fort) soon? I haven't watched any of his film but he constantly is tweeting about us and he fits the size of WRs that we have been after.

He will be at JR Day but will likely need a good camp in order to get an offer. We are on some really really good WRs for the 2015 class.

It's a shame that we can't even get in the conversation with Dontea Jones out of Louisville. I guess it's between Florida and Ole Miss for him.

Guessing it will hinge on the camp circuit if we do. The receiver talent on our board for next year seems like it may be the highest I ever remember. MS and LA are loaded.

I understand that his rankings aren't as high as some of the other WR's in this class, but speaking from seeing Spanish Fort play, Marion is pretty damn good.
It's a lot harder to put up big numbers on a great team in 5A AL high school than it is to put them up at a smaller school anywhere.

I'll be honest, even without looking at any of uncommitted pieces of the 2015 class the 2015 looks like it'll be our best season on offense by far. Dak will be a senior. Our receiving corp will be the best it's ever been under Mullen with DeRunnya, Fred Ross, Fred Brown, Holloway, Jesse Jackson, not to mention Donald Gray or anyone we can pick up in the 2015 class which has a ton of WR talent. TE will have Samuel and Hutcherson with another year on each of their belts, and RB will have Josh Robinson, Ashton Shumpert and Aeris Williams, all with more time in the weight room to bulk up. If our OL is anything resembling managable that year'll be something special.

Terrance Davis a WR we are on from Southaven is 6'4" 195 had 19TDs in region 1-6A against South Panola, Olive Branch, Tupelo, Grenada, etc... and we haven't even offered him yet.
The kid from Louisiana we have offered Smith, is a FREAK. Tubby JR and then we have Dear who can play RB/Slot and are on a lot of other WRs as well.
ETA: Kevin Marion doesnt have a single offer not even Troy or South Alabama. He's the type of kid we can sit back and wait on until camp bc hes not on anybodys radar yet.

How do you guys know when MSU offers a player? Is there a ticker or is it just watching Twitter meticulously and joining a paysite?
