Randy Shannon. Former Miami HC and now current linebackers coach at Arkansas. It would be a step up for him and he's a great recruiter and knows the DC position. Currently makes $275,000 per year. Upgrade!

Same shite we ran into when CTG was hired. Couldn't officially talk to him till NFL post season was over then had to wait 2 weeks to announce...

Yeah, but announcing officially is a formality. Those who matter (players and recruits) will know ASAP. And I'm sure it will be leaked with the quickness, especially if it's a big name.

I believe Richt has other interest in life that he wants to see to. I have heard it for a while and I believed it then, and I believe it now.
