My point is: its a law, he broke it = tPOS. Don't like it? Change the law. But don't act like its good civil disobedience to go around smoking a blunt in a cop's face because you disagree with a law

I agree.
I guess my definition of a tPOS is different than yours though. To me having 5 grams of pot is no different than having a 12 pack of beer and being under age. It doesn't equal tPOS to me. It equals stupid, but not tPOS.
I'm not denying the dude is making piss poor decisions.
But, carry on with your agenda.
