Well, if his plan is to go back to SPFLD and deal 5 grams at a time, he's going to fail at that too.
He could just move to Colorado and open a shop up, sell weed legally. Then he wont have to worry about the cartels or the law, and people like you who insist on taking the "moral high road".
Again, carrying weed does not make someone a POS, or a tPOS, or whatever other name you want to call them.

Quiet down Mr. Decriminalization, I don't give a frick about that. I actually agree with you 100%
My point is: its a law, he broke it = tPOS. Don't like it? Change the law. But don't act like its good civil disobedience to go around smoking a blunt in a cop's face because you disagree with a law
