At what point do we finally go get Gregg f'n Marshall?
I've really liked his teams since seeing him coach Winthrop in the dance in 2000. The guy would hitchhike here from Wichita in a heartbeat. He knows sound basketball and how to build a proper team.

Time to riot at Mike'd Up

I'm kinda shocked at responses in here. I thought MA would be untouchable.

This one did it for me. I hope Anderson does well here, but until something changes then I do not believe he is the right one for the job. If doesn't matter if we play A & M or UK, our effort on the road is terrible. You have to figure out how to get your players ready to play.

Sorry we breathe through our noses for the most part here, and you'll never catch us suffocating on a hushpuppy.

I wanted Marshall over Anderson. I was happy with Anderson when we hired him but I wanted Marshall first.

17 fricking points in the 2nd half. We are about to lose by over 20

It doesn't feel different from any other year. I was looking back at the team's records for the past decade or so. We always win 9-10 nonconf then do horrible in the conference. We may be tough at home but that isn't enough. This program is just any other SEC program right now. It's sad with how proud a history that this program has had.

Isn't that the name of the absolute lowest caste of Indian culture? I would agree that Mike is moving in that direction

We will probably beat Florida by 15 on Saturday and Kentucky by 8 on Tuesday.
Then lose by 20 at UGA.

Terrible display tonight.
We aren't that damn bad. Too many players on this team.

I'm not going to any more basketball games (except Missouri, because I fricking hate them) until we see a sea change in our road performances
I will be at every Miked Up, spending the money I would be spending at BWA letting coach know just how imperative it is he wins NOW
ETA: I have a student access pass too, so its free. And I'm still not going

Let Jeff Long know this as well.
What will be the nail in MA's coffin is lagging ticket sales and nothing will fix that until he can put together a complete team that competes for the conference title and consistently makes a run in the dance, not just hopes to back its way in.
D1 hoops is too competitive these days to just expect to get the benefit of the doubt because of the name on the jersey.
Gregg Marshall is worth whatever it takes to pull him from the Koch Bros. and Boeing and Cessna Execs.

Should have never hired Anderson, we will be the racist son of a b's again after we fire him. Nolan will scream it from the rafters.

Agreed. Which is why I'm convinced it's a program thing at this point. No current players expect Ark to be good and it's been too long since we've ever been a tough, scrappy kinda team we used to be known for. It might not matter who the coach is (unless we hit a home run and get a Nolan, Coach K, Pitino level coach). Right now everything feels mediocre about Hogs bball.
