According to several academic experts, the threshold for being college literate is a score of 16 on the ACT.

COLLEGE literate. Not just literate (can read). Massive difference.

The question is do universities care enough about the integrity of their school to allow this? Apparently Georgia doesn't and I imagine it's that way among many if not all of the historical powerhouses.

Fans don't care, either. How many Notre Dame fans went to Notre Dame? 10%?

Kind of ironic the OP posted this, while not being able to understand the difference.
