Alabama 3-3

Saban has been winning games on talent alone. When championship talent isn't there, his subpar coaching tactics lose the game for him.

One of those losses is from '99 but Saban is 3-2 at Bama in the BCS. 5-2 if you include his LSU BCS games.

ummmmm....

Let me just say a major part of the HC's job is to recruit (along with staff hires)...so ( championship talent) Saban is doing his job. As is Miles, despite that P&G segment that just about had an aneurysm because we didn't beat Iowa bad enough.

Yeah, I'd be upset if my goals were BCS Title and I didn't get it done. With high expectations comes serious disappointment when falling short for any true competitor. I'd be worried if Bama's players weren't down & out whenever they've blown it, and another chance didn't present itself again. The fact they've been down after falling short is a good sign to me.....

When a Championship opportunity comes ringing
You answer the call, and Bama did just that
I've got no beef with Bama's BCS performances
