That 2008 team was ridiculously stacked in all 3 phases of play.

very true... NFLers everywhere... how they managed to lose to Houston Nutt at home is beyond comprehension.

This. It's easy to look like a good coach when you have good players.

I think Mullen's a good coach, FWIW. I'm just one who supports the "Jimmies and Joes" side of the equation much more than the "X's and O's." You can scheme and plan all you want, but without talent you won't do a damn thing.
