Changing from the pro to the power spread with Marshall to execute it?
Or what about a different OC?
Chizik was awesome with Cam and Fairley but what happened when they were gone?
There's more to success in football than the head coach. It's very short-sighted to think otherwise.

IB Freeman is a libertarian, so he's short-sighted.

Malzahn recruited players for his offense up to 2011. When he left Chizik tried to run a pro-style offense with those players and it didn't work. He also didn't have a QB worth a damn so they went 3-9. Malzahn comes back with all the talent he recruited for his offense already in place and you know the rest.
