I completely understand why the Auburn fans are pissed at Holtz. He said some stupid shite about Bama/Auburn after the game, and it wasn't warranted.

However, I do think that, for 90% of the time, he's much more-spot on than May is. May says some stupid shite, but says it lucidly, so that everyone thinks he's brilliant. Holtz is a character, but when he offers insight on some stuff that is absolutely spot-on most of the time.

As has been said, at least he's not Danny Kannell.

I found it interesting that on one of the ESPN sitcoms where there is a judge & LH & MM argue against each other on some subject, LH literally lost it once. The subject was whether M.Brown should be fired at UT & Holtz when nuts, to the extent everyone thought is was a set up; which it was not.It comes out this wk that LH admitted his grandson is on the team.
