what pride do you get from other folks telling you that you're the best team when you can't even beat your biggest rival when favored by double digits?

Who ever said anything about "getting pride"? I'm saying that the majority of nonbiased football knowledgeable people think that Alabama is the best team in the country. That's all I am, and have been saying.
