In high school and college, I would drink all weekend, try to avoid the internet, and talk to as few people as possible while leaving the house as little as possible until about Wednesday.
Now that I'm older, I still get real drunk Saturday, but the next day I'm over it. I do other things in life that I enjoy, or hang out with friends. I realized a few years ago, actually after the SECCG in all honesty, that I invest far too much of my mental health in this thing that I have no control over.
I accept it, I move on, live my life..

I've spent time with friends since then, but the Iron Bowl is still a hot topic, and there are people that I haven't discussed it with. I know several Alabama fans. I will watch the Sugar Bowl while knowing what could have been.
